Tata Altroz EV
The Tata debuted its new Altroz EV at Auto Expo 2020. It has made in Top 5 Electric Cars Launching this Year, with different set of alloys and tweaked front end.Tata Altroz EV also receives the same features as the standard Altroz. It accommodates and functions on the carmaker’s new Ziptron powertrain that made its debut in the Nexon EV. It draws power from an IP67-rated dust- and water-proof battery pack which delivers you a driving range of 300km on a single charge.
The powertrain in new Altroz EV is the same as the Nexon EV, a single 95kw electric motor powers the front wheels and draws energy from a 30.2kWh lithium-ion battery. According to Tata, 0-80 per cent charge should take about an hour when plugged in to a fast charger.

The Mahindra eKUV100 was launched Mahindra & Mahindra at the 2020 Auto Expo, back in February 2020. Originally, its cost was set at a starting price of Rs. 8.25 lakh by the manufacturers. This included the FAME II subsidies. The eKUV100 will draw power from a 15.9 kWh battery pack, which is capable of delivering a claimed driving range of 147 km. New features inculcated in Mahindra eKUV100 includes connected car tech, this allows you to set the temperature of the air conditioning according to your need before you get into the car. This is one of the most affordable EVs on sale in India and it gives a nice competition to the Mahindra eVerito and Tata Tigor EV.

Apart from its above model, Mahindra also gave a conceptual glimpse of an XUV300 that is based on EV, named as ‘eXUV300’ at the Auto Expo 2020. The key specifications of this variant have not been revealed yet by the company, but the manufacturer previously stated that the production version of the eXUV300 will offer a driving range of around 370 km.The Mahindra eXUV300 will be powered by a battery developed by Mahindra Electric in association with LG Chem. Tesla Model 3
Tesla is all ready to enter the Indian market this year, and its first offering is expected to be the Model 3. Tesla Model 3 comes in three battery options I.e. 50 kWh, 54 kWh, and 75 kWh – which offer a driving range of 354 km, 423 km, and 568 km, respectively. The Tesla Model 3 is explicitly designed with modern elements such as curvy front and flared wheel arches and a couple of sloping roofline. The tail section has also been kept sleek along with LED tail lamps and a simple bumper design.
If you look inside the Tesla Model 3, the design has been kept sophisticated and simple. Controlling all the vehicle operations, dashboard has only one large tablet screen in the centre.
